How to rent a mini-storage unit

1. Contact Varastoasema

Together we define the storage size you need, the storage period, and make an agreement either for a fixed term or on an ongoing basis. You can contact us by phone or email, or visit by arrangement.

The agreement takes effect and you may bring your goods to Varastoasema once the deposit and the first month’s rent have been paid, or the agreement has been accepted. After that, invoices are paid monthly.

2. Bring your goods for storage and visit as needed

Bring your own lock, or buy one from us. The storage unit is available around the clock with your own access code.

3. When you no longer need storage, terminate the agreement

Terminate the agreement at least one month (one rental period) before your storage need ends.

Empty the storage unit by the last day of the agreement at the latest.

We return the security deposit within two weeks after the unit has been emptied and inspected.
